Lineares Gleichungssystem mit Einsetzungsverfahren mit 3 Variablen

Hallo könnte mir jemand Schritt für Schritt erklären wie man dieses lineare Gleichungssystem löst per Einsetzungsverfahren?

(I)    2x-y+z=3

(II)   x+3y-2z=11 

(III)  3x-2y+4z= 1
